ARCTIC has been growing steadily and sustainably since 2001. With now more than 80 employees at three locations, we manufacture, market and sell our high-quality PC cooling solutions, monitor and TV mounts as well as sound products and equipment.

We are a recognized training company of the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and train junior staff in the fields of marketing and eCommerce. Our goal is to offer young people a long-term professional perspective and development opportunities in our company.

What are your tasks?
• Product design of CPU coolers, fans, PC hardware and accessories
• At ARCTIC you have the chance to develop a product independently from the first idea sketch to the market launch. You can influence every detail and implement your ideas.
• You continuously develop the design of our products. In cooperation with our engineering department in Hong Kong; you optimize technical and formal details.
• You present your designs by means of visualizations and material samples
• You analyze current market trends in the field of gaming and office applications and develop visions for ARCTIC product lines of the future

What do we expect from you?
• Degree in the field of product design, industrial design or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of technical product/industrial design and expertise in strategic design development
• A high level of technical and aesthetic understanding as well as strong design and conceptual skills
• Experience in the field of cooling and affinity for PC hardware is an advantage
• Confident handling of common design tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

What are your tasks?
• Your job is to answer customer enquiries, mainly in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) segment of the business, in German and English by telephone, by e-mail and on online platforms
• You find an efficient solution for each of your clients' individual needs
• You actively present ARCTIC products and solutions to customers
• You coach your contact persons on selected ARCTIC products and services
• You identify new customer potential on your own initiative
• You maintain existing customer relations based on partnership

What do we expect from you?
• You are open, communicative, helpful and interested in representing the company through your contact with customers
• You are willing to learn and enjoy learning and improving your skills
• You have technical affinity, a basic knowledge of PC hardware and/or other relevant electronic equipment experience
• You work independently and on your own initiative
• You are curious and determination is one of your strengths
• You are highly self-disciplined and have efficient time management skills
• You have the ability to self-reflect and willingness to give feedback
• You have an integrative and cooperative personality to achieve success together in a team
