Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d)

Our R&D center, located in Tsuen Wan, is easily accessible (10min walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR station or a short shuttle bus ride from Tsuen Wan MTR). Our facility includes a wide and comfortable office in an A-class building, a well-equipped testing lab for all our research experiments and prototype making. (several testing equipment, on-site 3D printer,…).
Our team is young and energetic, with members from different nationalities. To cope with the company growth and strengthen our development capabilities, we are now looking for several Mechanical Engineers.
You are a member of the R&D department developing innovative computer cooling solutions with a focus on cutting edge performance, high quality, attractive design, short development lead-time and competitive cost.
Your main tasks are
• Realize research to define the most suitable technical solution for the project. Validate choice by computer simulation and various product tests.
• Design the structure of the mechanical parts of the product, ensuring both product function and design are per expectation.
• Prepare and test the prototype to refine the design.
• Follow-up tooling preparation with the supplier and validate the parts produced are according to requirements.
• Prepare and review the technical documentation to ensure a smooth mass production start.
You are stationed in our HK office but you may be required to visit and support our Mainland manufacturers at some point (PRD area | day trip).
What do we expect from you?
• You have extensive knowledge about product development, and you like to push boundaries.
• You have solid experience and skills in CAD software (SolidWorks or Pro\E).
• Experience in manufacturing plants will be considered an advantage.
• You are open-minded, willing to listen to opinions and accept new challenges.
• You clearly understand that your performance contributes to the team as well as the company’s success.
• Your actions are target-oriented and you are self-motivated.
• You have good discipline and a serious working attitude.
• You are able to handle multiple projects in parallel and work under a bit of pressure.
• You are fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Keen interest in PC building and/or gaming will be considered a definite advantage.
