Is there a special guarantee for damage caused by defective water coolers?

In general, our warranty terms and conditions apply, which govern your rights as a consumer against Arctic in the event of defects in materials or workmanship of your Arctic product. Modified or opened water cooling systems lose all warranty claims. The affected hardware must be sent in and will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
