To cope with the rapid company growth and ensure a total market compliance for our products, we are now looking for a Product & Factory Compliance Officer.
You are a member of the R&D department developing innovative computer cooling solutions with a focus on cutting edge performance, high quality, attractive design, short development lead-time and competitive cost.
Product Compliance tasks
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance for the different product lines in our existing regional markets.
• Follow-up regulation evolution and the impact on our documentation obligations. Implement changes accordingly.
• Prepare and test the prototype to refine the design.
• Follow-up tooling preparation with the supplier and validate the parts produced are according to requirements.
• Work with Engineers to get necessary documentation prepared in compliance with requirements from regulation.
• Assist Sales team in investigating compliance requirements for new markets in development.
• Liaise with OEM customers for ad-hoc request related to regulatory documentation.
• Maintain online compliance documentation available to our customers.
Factory compliance task
• Work with purchasing department to ensure that all factory documentation is properly maintained.
• Investigate with factories for supply chain certifications such as FSC, CMRT, …
You are stationed in our HK office with no regular trips to be foreseen.
The position will open to wider documentation tasks as the selected candidate settles in and secures the different segments of the documentation. ISO certification of the company is a long term goal to be handled by you.
Candidate Profile
Holder of a degree in Quality, Engineering or Science with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Product compliance or Quality Assurance. You have extensive knowledge about product compliance regulation especially in Europe and USA. You have in depth knowledge about the different regulation bodies as well as the ESG compliance schemes. Previous experience in Quality system such as ISO 9001, TS16949, … will be considered as a definite advantage.
You are open-minded, willing to listen to opinions and accept new challenges. You clearly understand that your performance contributes to the team as well as the company’s success. Your actions are target-oriented and you are self-motivated. You have good discipline and serious working attitude. You are able to handle multiple tasks in-parallel, and work under a bit of pressure.
You are necessarily fluent in English. Mandarin and Cantonese are not required but will be an advantage.
Keen interest in PC building and/or gaming will be considered a definite advantage.
